Whole, Half and Quarter Beef & Pork are available year round. We process all of our own livestock through our butcher shop in Berlin, Ohio. Orders are available for pick up at both locations.
Freezer Beef
Whole, Half or Quarter
- Average Weight of a half 400lb.
- Price per lb. $5.50 x hanging weight. That includes all processing and packaging.
- Burger patties are an additional 55 cents /lb to make
- Prices based on hanging weight – this is BEFORE cutting. This price includes fat, bones, etc.
- $100 deposit required on whole, half, or quarter
- 2-4 week lead time depending on our schedule
Freezer Pork
Whole, Half or Quarter
- Average weight for half 80lbs
- Price per lb. $4.75 lb x hanging weight. Includes all sausage making, bacon smoking, etc… No additional costs.
- Prices based on hanging weight – this is BEFORE cutting. This price includes fat, bones, etc.
- $50 deposit required on whole, or half
- 2-4 week lead time depending on our schedule
